Patch Notes #260616
Stellar has been fully reworked with all stats now reaching their maximum potential. Starter sets and rental gear have been elevated to Palladium tier, accessories upgraded to +15–16 (30 Days), Karma Rune upgrade costs greatly reduced across eight stat types, and NPC Flasha prices adjusted for key PVE stats.
